A copy of this Pricing Worksheet must be submitted to the FEMA Contracting Officer, in addition to any other required documents listed in the solicitation; Proposed hourly rates must be at a single fixed, fully burdened, rate. Overtime rates will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure that post orders are fulfilled without the need to charge the Government at a rate other than the proposed fixed hourly rate; Option periods will ony be exercised and funded as required by the Government.
