About this file
This document is the MacBride Fair Employment Principles Certification Form OCFS-2633 from the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. It requires bidders on state contracts to certify whether they have business operations in Northern Ireland and, if so, whether they will take lawful steps in good faith to conduct those operations in accordance with the MacBride Fair Employment Principles relating to non-discrimination in employment and freedom of workplace opportunity. Bidders must indicate their agreement by selecting "Yes" or "No" options on the form and signing it.
The form does not provide information about a specific contract opportunity, but rather outlines a requirement for all bidders on New York state contracts to make the specified certifications regarding their business operations in Northern Ireland and adherence to the MacBride Fair Employment Principles.
