About this file
This document is an Attachment 3 – Line Specifications for Linens, Single XL, detailing precise requirements for various bedding items. The specification covers four primary items: pillows, pillowcases, flat sheets, and two types of blankets (wool and fleece), with exacting standards for materials, dimensions, construction, and performance characteristics. Key specifications include pillows that are 24-27" wide, blue in color, with antimicrobial ticking; pillowcases and sheets made from 35% polyester/65% Tencel or minimum 60% cotton blend with 200 thread count; a wool blanket composed of 100% wool (70% US virgin wool) in olive color; and a fleece blanket made of 100% polyester available in beige, tan, dark gray, or navy. Both blanket types must be tightly loom woven, shrink-resistant, non-abrasive, suitable for industrial laundering, and include reinforced stitched edges and care labels.
