About this file
This document is an attachment related to a federal contract opportunity. It provides information regarding the employment of Third Country Nationals (TCNs) on the resultant contract.
The attachment outlines the categories of employees that bidders/offerors must indicate will be employed on the contract, including U.S. citizens or residents, individuals hired in the U.S. regardless of citizenship, and local nationals or TCNs where the contract performance takes place. It also states that worker's compensation laws exist in Norway that will cover local nationals and TCNs. If bidders/offerors indicate they will employ TCNs, they must certify whether they will or will not provide accommodation for those TCNs.
The related federal contract opportunity is for janitorial services at the U.S. Embassy in Oslo, Norway. The solicitation is being issued by the Department of State Office of Acquisition Management, and a pre-proposal conference and site visit are scheduled for May 2024.
