The contractor must accept Government Purchase Card (GPC) as the sole form of payment and submit itemized invoices for each individual call or monthly. Annual price lists are required, with revisions needing Contracting Officer approval at least ten days before expiration. Delivery tickets in duplicate must accompany all deliveries and contain supplier name, BPA number, call number, purchase date, caller identification, itemized services, quantities, unit prices, and delivery date. The contractor must provide meals available twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week during winter operations (October through April), with delivery capability within specified 30-minute windows upon 15 days' notice to Offutt AFB. The U.S. Government is exempt from sales tax, and the contractor may terminate the agreement with thirty days' written notice, while the Government retains unilateral cancellation rights.
