About this file

This is a Delivery and Installation Instructions document for the Westley SRRA Southbound vending machine solicitation in California. The document outlines the requirements for delivering and installing four types of vending machines: one hot drink coffee vending machine, one ice cream vending machine, one snack vending machine, and one drink vending machine at the Westley rest area facility. The instructions specify that all vending machines must be delivered and installed at the designated location, with particular attention to placement specifications, electrical requirements, and operational setup. The contractor is responsible for ensuring machines are positioned according to site layout requirements and are fully functional prior to final acceptance. Installation must include all necessary connections and testing to verify proper operation of each machine before project completion.

The delivery and installation instructions establish specific performance standards for the contractor, including adherence to facility access schedules, proper handling and setup procedures, and compliance with any site-specific installation constraints. The document emphasizes that the contractor must coordinate with facility management regarding delivery timing and installation logistics to minimize disruption to operations. Upon completion of installation, all vending machines must meet acceptance criteria established by the requesting agency, and the contractor must provide documentation confirming proper setup and functionality of each unit.
