About this file
This document is an Attachment detailing a Contractor Plan for Continuation of Essential Contractor Services for a Department of Defense United States Transportation Command solicitation (HTC711-25-R-E117) for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) in Australia. The attachment requires offerors to submit a comprehensive crisis management plan that addresses how they will maintain critical services during periods of disruption, with specific focus on personnel and resource continuity.
The plan must specifically outline strategies for: (1) acquiring essential personnel and resources for up to 30 days of continuous operations, (2) addressing challenges during extended events like pandemics, (3) managing time lags in personnel and resource acquisition, (4) identifying and preparing personnel for potential relocation or remote work, (5) establishing alert and notification procedures for essential service personnel, and (6) communicating employee expectations during crisis scenarios. The solicitation covers multiple ports in Australia, including Darwin, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Alma, Point Wilson, and Townsville, with potential for additional secondary ports, supporting the import and export of US Defense Transportation System military cargo.
