About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by Davis-Monthan Air Force Base for Snap-On brand or equivalent Tactical (Tac) Packs for the 355 MXG / 55 RGS units. The solicitation number is FA487726QA102, and this procurement is designated as a small business set-aside under NAICS code 332510 with a 750-employee size standard. All questions must be submitted by June 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time, and all quotations must be received via email by July 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM PDT.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation provides the lowest price and is technically acceptable, as determined by the offeror's demonstrated capability to meet the Salient Characteristics specified in Attachment 1. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards or no award. The evaluation will first assess technical acceptability based on meeting specified requirements, then award to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote. If the lowest-priced quote is found technically unacceptable, the Government will sequentially evaluate the next lowest quotes until an award can be made. Initial quotations should contain the offeror's best pricing and technical terms, though the Government retains the right to conduct discussions if deemed necessary. Points of contact are SrA Corey Fish (primary) and SSgt. Joshua Rodriguez (alternate) at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.
