About this file

This document outlines the branding strategy for the "Justicia Efectiva Contra la Criminalidad y Corrupcion" Activity, which will be known as "Justicia Efectiva." The activity aims to reduce impunity, criminality, and corruption in Honduras by advancing an effective criminal justice system.

The branding strategy defines the activity's logo, primary audiences as beneficiary populations, government institutions, and civil society organizations, and secondary audiences as USAID, Congress, international donors, and the general public. The main message is that all support and services are "From the American People." While maximizing credit to US assistance, the activity will also highlight local investments supporting USAID policies. Where appropriate, it will give proportional credit to co-sponsoring entities for specific interventions.

The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation to acquire professional and technical services for implementing the activity. Subject to funding availability, USAID/Honduras intends to award one combination contract consisting of cost reimbursement and an IDIQ contract for an estimated five-year period from award. The purpose is to reduce impunity, criminality, and corruption in Honduras by advancing an independent, integrity-based criminal justice system that increases state legitimacy and citizen rule of law support.
