About this file

The agreement covers a one-year period from the award date and is identified by solicitation number FA301625R0015, with the BPA number to be determined. The contractor must submit a firm price list for approval by the Contracting Officer before any calls or orders can be placed. Prices offered must be as low as or lower than those charged to the supplier's most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar conditions, and must include any applicable discounts for prompt payment. Only items appearing on the current approved price list may be ordered under this agreement.
The Government has no minimum purchase obligation and is only obligated to the extent of actual authorized calls placed against the BPA. Individual calls or orders cannot exceed $75,000. Authorized personnel will be identified by the Contracting Officer along with their respective dollar limitations per call. Calls are generally made orally or by informal correspondence, with delivery dates to be established for each call unless delivery terms are specified in the agreement. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) upon submission of an itemized invoice including contractor name, BPA number, call date, call number, itemized dog food items, quantities, unit prices, extended prices, applicable discounts, and delivery date. All containers and documentation must be annotated with the BPA number and applicable call number using commercial packaging standards. The agreement may be discontinued by either party with 30 days written notice and will be automatically cancelled if no calls are placed for one year.
