About this file
This is a Wage and Hour Division (WHD) form document related to the WB US-10 Ramps B&D construction project in the City of Midland, Bay County, Michigan. The document appears to be a prevailing wage determination notice for November 2025, which establishes the minimum wage rates that must be paid to workers on this state and local public works project. The prevailing wage requirements apply to all laborers and mechanics employed on the construction work associated with the US-10 westbound ramps project and establish the hourly compensation levels by trade or occupation that contractors and subcontractors must comply with during project execution.
The prevailing wage determination specifies detailed hourly wage rates, fringe benefits, and other compensation requirements for various construction trades and classifications working on the project. These rates are mandatory for all contractors bidding on or performing work under this contract and are enforced by the Wage and Hour Division to ensure prevailing labor standards are maintained. Contractors must demonstrate compliance with these wage requirements throughout the project duration, and failure to meet prevailing wage obligations can result in penalties, debarment from future public works projects, and other enforcement actions by the appropriate state and federal authorities.
