About this file

This is a pricing template spreadsheet (Attachment 2 - UNITE BPA Price Quote) for the National Science Foundation's Unified Network for Innovative Technology and Engineering (UNITE) BPA. The template covers a 5-year period of performance from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2029, plus an option to extend services.

The spreadsheet provides detailed pricing worksheets for labor categories across five NAICS codes: 541611 (Management Consulting), 541330 (Engineering Services), 541990 (Professional/Technical Services), 611430 (Professional Training), and 561920 (Convention/Trade Show Organizers). It requires vendors to map their GSA Schedule labor categories to 29 specified government labor categories, with an estimated 54,520 total annual hours across all positions. The template assumes work will be performed at government sites and requires a minimum 5% discount from GSA Schedule rates. Key positions include various levels of program managers, engineers, analysts, trainers, and event planners. The spreadsheet includes detailed labor category descriptions and a Direct Productive Labor Hours (DPLH) calculator tool for vendors to determine their full-time equivalent hours.
