Key requirements include developing work plans and schedules to be followed, satisfying all licensing and safety regulations, implementing quality control processes, and responding to any corrective action requests from the Contracting Officer's Representative within 24 hours. Note 1) The COR will observe the performance of selected service(s) at any time they determine a need to inspect a service or notices a defect. Results of each inspection will be documented on a “Government Inspection Report”. A “pass”, “fail” or “N/A” rating will be assigned to each service inspected. A "pass" rating will be assigned when the Contractor performs a rated service at or above the listed "Acceptable Quality Level (AQL)" listed in this Performance Requirements Summary Table (PRST). A “fail” rating will be assigned when the Contractor performs a rated service below the listed "Acceptable Quality Level (AQL)" listed in this Performance Requirements Summary Table (PRST). A brief description of the inspection and observed defect(s) will be recorded. The COR will notify the Contractor within twenty-four (24) hours when defective performance of service(s) are identified. The COR will ascertain whether documented defect(s) were corrected, and processes implemented to ensure re-occurrence of the defective service(s) performance is prevented. A “N/A” rating will be assigned when no work was required to be performed on a specific service during the rating period.
