Technical Evaluation Form

The technical evaluation form is for o erors to assess their capabilities and curate their proposals accordingly. All proposals will be evaluated against this criteria as Acceptable/Unacceptable.

O eror must provide all the following technical criteria to be considered “acceptable” for this evaluation factor:
