MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

SUBJECT: Technical Acceptability – Miller ProHeat 35

Evaluation Process:

The Government will evaluate quotes on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. First, The Contracting Officer shall validate complete quotes, if items are missing then the quote will be considered incomplete and may not be evaluated further. Then the quote(s) will be evaluated for technical acceptability in order of lowest total price to highest total price. Once a quote has been determined to be technically acceptable, then the Government may stop evaluating other offeror(s).
