The Information and Digital Services Division (I&DS) provides information technology life cycle management in support of the ESC service portfolio, to include support to financial services and all aspects of technology. The Customer Services Center Branch (AMK-260) is a service area under I&DS.

The Customer Services Center Branch houses the ESC Customer Service Center (CSC) Service Desk. The CSC provides Level 1 desktop, application and financial services service desk support which includes production control and application monitoring.
