Tasks range from monthly services (filter changes, lubrication, inspection) to quarterly, semi-annual, and annual services (compressor testing, tube cleaning, electrical meggar testing, calibration). The secondary facility requires monthly maintenance on six package and wall-mounted AC units. Work hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays, with 48-hour advance notice required for system shutdowns.
