At this time, the Contracting Officer shall designate the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and the Contractor shall designate, in writing, the name and phone number of the Contractor's on-site representative/ supervisor, if any, and their responsibilities.

Other Meetings

Other meetings may be required at the Contracting Officer's discretion, or agreed between the Contractor and Government, to discuss work quality or performance.

GOVERNMENT QUALITY ASSURANCE SURVEILLANCE PLAN (QASP)

The Government will visually inspect the Contractor's performance on a random basis shortly after the scheduled cleaning time, and/or after receipt of complaint from building employee(s), to ensure compliance with contract guidelines. The COR will record inspection observations and deficiencies will be documented with a notification provided to the Contractor. When continued unacceptable performance is observed, the COR may meet with the Contractor to review the inspection report and ensure that the Contractor has an understanding of the unacceptable services.

The preferred method to resolve deficiencies is to allow reperformance. The Contractor shall be provided with the opportunity to correct sub-standard performance within one business day, upon the next service day, or another period of time as specified by the COR.
