Project GAOA MT Bitterroot: Developed Rec Site Def Mtce & Accessibility Improvements Fire rings and table Bases
General Information
1.0 Scope of Work
This project consists of obtaining fire rings and picnic table bases that will replace infrastructure at various recreation sites across the Bitterroot National Forest. Work will include but is not limited to the acquisition of prefabricated fire rings, prefabricated picnic table base frame kits, transportation of fire rings and table bases to locations identified, and unloading of materials from transportation vehicle.
2.0 Delivery location
There will be three different delivery locations:
19 fire rings and 25 picnic table bases shall be delivered to:
88 Main St Stevensville, MT 59870
Tractor with forks available and FS staff will be responsible for the unloading of table bases if they are palatized and accessible from three sides or able to be moved by delivery driver to rear of the truck if contained. Delivery notification will be required days in advance to have someone available to operate the forklift.
25 picnic table bases shall be delivered to:
712 N Main Darby, MT 59829
Forklift is available and FS staff will be responsible for the unloading of table bases if they are palatized and accessible from three sides or able to be moved by delivery driver to rear of the truck if contained. Delivery notification will be required days in advance to have someone available to operate the forklift.
33 fire rings shall be delivered to 6735 West Fork Road Darby, MT 59829
Forklift is available and FS staff will be responsible for the unloading of table bases if they are palatized and accessible from three sides or able to be moved by delivery driver to rear of the truck if contained. Delivery notification will be required days in advance to have someone available to operate the forklift.
Contractor Requirements
3.0 Technical Requirements / Tasks
Fire rings and picnic table base frame kits shall be constructed based on specifications detailed in specification document. Fire rings and table bases shall be delivered to locations identified within specified time frame of contract.
Unloading of materials shall be preformed be delivery driver to locations identified by COR upon delivery. No equipment, nor loading dock is available for delivery.
4.0 Government Furnished
The Government shall Furnish no transportation, equipment, nor materials for this project.
5.0 Deliverables / Schedule
Timely submission of materials is essential to successfully completing this requirement. Schedules for deliverables are specified below. All deliverables shall be prepared and submitted according to format, content, and schedule described in the SOW.
