Project Replacement of boilers in building 13 and 70
General Information
1.0 Scope
The USDA-ARS facility in Parlier, California has two boilers that have reached the end of their life cycle. This acquisition seeks obtain a contractor to purchase and install a boiler in building 13 and a boiler in building 70.
Specifications below are the minimum requirements needed to ensure that the replacement boilers provide adequate hot water to these buildings.
