About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a fire alarm network and FireWorks system upgrade for the 21st Civil Engineering Squadron at Peterson and Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Bases in Colorado. The project requires installing seven 24-port network switches, seven 120V Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) units, dedicated circuits, redundant servers, and three UL-Listed thin clients across multiple buildings. The contractor must provide on-site training for one Civil Engineering individual on FireWorks system management, possess specific certifications including NICET Level II/III and FireWorks Manufacturer certification, and complete the entire project within 180 calendar days from the award date.
The scope includes comprehensive system installation, configuration, and documentation requirements. The contractor must verify site conditions, handle any hazardous materials according to regulations, work within specified hours (0800-1630 Monday-Friday), obtain necessary security access, and provide a minimum 12-month warranty on labor and materials. Deliverables include a fully functional FARS and FireWorks system, comprehensive documentation with wiring diagrams and O&M manuals, and calibration certificates for electrical equipment. The project emphasizes compliance with multiple UFC, OSHA, and Air Force standards while ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
