About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) describes a catalog contract for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Logistics Center to procure electrical, electronic, and mechanical/industrial products supporting the National Airspace System (NAS) maintenance and repair activities. The FAA requires a vendor with a website that enables searching by item description, part number, and manufacturer, with detailed stock availability, lead times, and pricing information. The vendor must support three shipping priority levels: Priority 1 (24-hour overnight shipping), Priority 2 (48-hour second-day delivery), and Priority 5 (8-calendar day ground shipping).
Item Managers and Supply Technicians will use the contractor's website to research and award orders based on price (including discounts) and availability/delivery. The contract requires commercial warranty at no cost to the government, with final acceptance of delivered parts occurring at the destination. In cases where catalog parts become unavailable due to obsolescence or other issues, the vendor must notify the order placer and obtain government approval for any part substitutions. The contract will support a wide variety of miscellaneous parts and supplies required for NAS equipment maintenance, repair, overhaul, and Environmental, Occupational, Safety and Health (EOSH) program needs.
