About this file
This is a Sources Sought technical information attachment requesting details about commercially available water treatment systems using Surface Activated Foam Fractionation (SAFF) for the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Marianas (NAVFACMAR). The system must be compatible with SAFF manufactured by EPOC Enviro and distributed by Allonnia, LLC, and must remove PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) from drinking water to EPA limits.
Respondents must provide technical information including model numbers, product descriptions, and manufacturer's data sheets within a 2-page limit. They must also identify 1-3 previously installed non-EPOC Enviro systems that have successfully removed PFAS from drinking water, with project details and customer contact information within a 3-page limit. The systems must be compatible with Naval Base Guam Potable Water system. This market research will help NAVFAC Marianas determine if other commercially available water treatment systems meet their requirements. Responses are due by February 21, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. Chamorro Standard Time (ChST).

b. Product Description
c. Manufacturer's technical data sheets.
2. Experience (3 pages Maximum):
Identify one (1) to three (3) installed systems by your company where non EPOC Enviro system has been used to successfully remove PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) in drinking water presented under item 1 above, in order to be compatible with Naval Base Guam Potable Water system that will treat PFAS in drinking water. For each project, provide the customer point of contact including name, phone number, and email, and a narrative description of the product/services provided by your organization.
