About this file
This is a Schedule of Items (SOI) pricing template for a lump-sum demolition project at the High Sierra Ranger Station on the Sierra National Forest. The solicitation (127EAW26Q0024) requires contractors to demolish and dispose of ten buildings totaling approximately 2,208 square feet, including four barracks (208-217 SF each), a laundry/bath house (256 SF), kitchen (432 SF), toilet building (42 SF), shop (408 SF), men's bath house (206 SF), and trash building (22 SF). Each line item encompasses removal of the structure, plumbing, concrete footings, and electrical conduit with proper disposal, with specific salvage requirements for the fire stove in the kitchen and tools in the shop.
The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under a total small business set-aside with a size standard of $19 million, utilizing NAICS code 238910 (demolition services). Contractors must submit pricing for all eleven line items (including mobilization) using lump-sum quantities (LSQ), with unit prices governing in the event of calculation errors. The file notes that one award will be made and submission of the SOI represents the contractor's commitment to the pricing data. Contractors are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all values, including auto-calculated cells, and may include bond premium payments under the Mobilization line item. Offerors must provide their name, SAM UEI number, and submission date.
