About this file

This document is a sample subcontract agreement between Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) and an unnamed potential subcontractor. PPPL, as a Federally Funded Research and Development Center operated for the US Department of Energy, is soliciting proposals for the design, fabrication, installation, and testing of a Variable Phase Controller for a neutral beam high voltage system. The subcontract specifies firm fixed pricing and a period of performance ending once all contractual obligations are fulfilled, with the term extendable by mutual agreement. It outlines requirements for delivery schedule, place of performance at the subcontractor's facility and General Atomics in San Diego, designates key personnel, and establishes terms for invoices, payments, acceptance, and proprietary information.
