About this file

This document is a Project Experience Questionnaire that is intended to be completed by a contractor to provide details on a relevant past project. It includes sections for the contractor to provide information on their role, contract details, and a project description. The client is then asked to provide ratings on the contractor's performance in various areas such as compliance with contractual requirements, quality of work, timeliness, and management of personnel and resources.

The related federal contract opportunity is for the USDA APHIS Plant Protection and Quarantine Services to procure aerial treatment services for grasshopper infestations in multiple regions in Montana. The intent is to award one or more firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The solicitation number is 12639524Q0143 and the response deadline is 10:00am CT on 05/16/2024. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at kimyen.n.tu@usda.gov no later than three days prior to the response deadline.
