Question and Answers (Set 1) Solicitation No. 12639524Q0143
1. Do the applicators need to be licensed in the state upon submission of bid? Some applicators are licensed in states that easily reciprocate with Montana and with plenty of time before applications take place is it acceptable to be licensed before any work takes place?
The Montana Department of Agriculture requires applicators are licensed through them. Contractors are not required to be licensed at the time quotes are due. However, contractors must provide information on when they anticipate getting licensed in order to meet operation timeline under this contract. As mentioned in the Section 2.3 of the Statement of Work:
"If treatment is required, the Contractor(s) may be required to commence work under each resulting contract as early as June 15, 2024 (report on site June 14) or upon official notification by the Contracting Officer through issuance of task orders."
2. What EPA certification are you referring to in order to fly over Indian land?
