About this file

This notice announces a preliminary draft Performance Work Statement for Multi-Center Administrative Support Services to be provided at multiple NASA centers. Interested vendors are invited to participate in a virtual industry day on January 18, 2024 to learn more about the requirement and provide feedback on the draft PWS using the attached template. Capability statements from small businesses including 8(a), women-owned, veteran-owned, HUBZone, economically disadvantaged women-owned, and minority institutions are requested by January 15, 2024 to determine the appropriate level of competition and subcontracting goals. The services are currently provided under the Dual Administrative Support Services contract as an 8(a) set-aside. The anticipated follow-on award will be a five-year single-award fixed-price IDIQ contract for approximately 275 full-time equivalents supporting the Stennis Space Center, Johnson Space Center, Kennedy Space Center, Marshall Space Flight Center, White Sands Test Facility, and Michoud Assembly Facility.
