About this file

This file is a price schedule for barge and bucket repair services solicited by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, under Solicitation W9128F26QA017. The schedule contains two line items: a Base Bid for welding repair of Barge 600's spud well in a confined space, and Option 1 for repairs to two ESCO buckets.

The Base Bid requires comprehensive spud well repair work including removal and proper disposal of lead-based paint, creation of an access opening in the bulkhead wall, welding of damaged and leaking areas, and installation of steel reinforcement consisting of ½-inch by 6-inch angle iron at spud well corners and ½-inch by 6-inch flat steel reinforcement plates, with all work performed in compliance with the Performance Work Statement and applicable safety regulations. Option 1 encompasses reinforcement and wear plate installation on two existing ESCO buckets, including installation of AR450 or AR500 wear plates at cutter bit locations, wear strips on back and bottom surfaces, new side-cutter bits, weld-on corner wear shoe protectors, hard-facing material to rebuild bucket teeth for ESCO U-45 compatibility, and complete welding of all components according to heavy equipment repair standards. The price schedule is currently a blank template with zero values populated for unit prices and total amounts for both line items.
