About this file

Attachment 2 is a detailed labor category document for a Medical Simulation Training Services contract (Solicitation W81K0425RA020) with the US Army Reserves Medical Command. The document outlines five distinct labor categories critical to medical simulation training: Education Specialist, Education Coordinator, Simulation Technologist (4 positions), Simulation Operations Specialist/IT/AV Support, and Administrative and Operations Manager. Each role has specific responsibilities ranging from curriculum development and training event coordination to technical equipment management and administrative support.

The associated federal contract opportunity requires a comprehensive medical simulation center capable of accommodating 60-75 government personnel, with a minimum of 15 rooms including an auditorium, four medical simulation suites with audio-visual recording, and additional spaces for simulated medical services like emergency room, intensive care unit, operating room, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, and a Tactical Operations Center. The non-personal services contract is for the Department of Defense medical forces through Army Reserve Medical Command, with a question submission deadline of 12:00 Noon CST on 14 July 2025. The simulation center will be used to replicate various medical treatment environments for training purposes.
