About this file

This document is a Registration Form for the Fire & Emergency Services Personal Protective Equipment Industry Day, scheduled for 17-18 June 2025 at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida. The form requires potential vendors to complete detailed registration information, including company details, attendance method (in-person or virtual), and up to three attendee names. Participants must submit the registration by 16 May 2025 at 1400 CST to specified Air Force contacts.

The accompanying questionnaire requires vendors to confirm critical technical capabilities for fire and emergency services protective equipment, including compliance with NFPA 1971 standards, Berry Amendment requirements, absence of PFAs, ISO 9001 registration, and specific thermal protective performance metrics. Vendors must indicate their willingness to meet stringent technical specifications such as minimum Thermal Protective Performance (TPP) rating of 41, Thermal Heat Loss (THL) of 268 W/m2, and potential distribution arrangement preferences. The industry day aims to gather information on available PPE products and explore potential long-term contracting opportunities with the Department of the Air Force.
