About this file

This is a Diagnostic Services Price List template for the NAHLN (National Animal Health Laboratory Network) Diagnostic Testing Services solicitation (12639526Q0089) issued by the Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service. The price list requires qualified diagnostic laboratories to submit firm-fixed-price (FFP) unit pricing for approved testing services across five ordering periods spanning from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2031.

The price list encompasses four primary service categories with multiple specific tests: Culture/Isolation Services (virus isolation, culture and sensitivity, and aerobic bacterial culture); Immuno Assay Services (ELISA and immunohistochemistry tests for diseases including pseudorabies virus, bovine spongiform encephalopathy, classical swine fever, and influenza A virus in milk); Molecular Services (polymerase chain reaction testing, multiplex PCR, gene sequencing, and whole genome sequencing for various animal pathogens); and Other Services (laboratory accessioning fees and morphologic evaluation). Laboratories must indicate which services they are approved to perform and provide unit pricing for each service in each of the five one-year ordering periods. Services not offered by the laboratory can be excluded via checkbox designation. Pricing must be entered in the template with unit prices in columns D through H corresponding to the five ordering periods, with the first period running from award date through August 31, 2027.
