About this file
This document is a Certification Regarding Compliance with Applicable Federal Anti-Discrimination Law form from the U.S. Embassy in Singapore. The form requires contractors or offerors to certify two key points: 1) they are in full compliance with all federal anti-discrimination laws, and 2) they do not operate any Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs that violate federal anti-discrimination laws. The certification is tied to the False Claims Act, with compliance being material to the government's payment decisions. Contractors must complete the form by checking the appropriate boxes, providing company and representative details, and returning it to the Contracting Officer via email.
The form is associated with Solicitation Number 19SN1025Q0020, which is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for supplying and replacing windows and doors at a U.S. Government-owned "Conserved" residence in Singapore. The solicitation is being conducted by the Department of State US Embassy Singapore, with quotations due by April 28, 2024, at 4:30 pm local time. Interested offerors must submit their quotations electronically, be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and include multiple required documents such as SF-18, pricing information, and representations and certifications.
