About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a furniture package project at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, dated June 23, 2026, for Building 266, Area A. The project involves the design, delivery, and installation of systems and modular furniture, storage, and flooring for a logistics facility. The contractor must provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete the work in accordance with the SOW and approved design layouts.

The scope of work includes removal of existing furniture and flooring, with a certified electrician from the Master Electrical Contractors Association (MECA) required to disconnect and reconnect systems furniture to building power. The contractor must provide 30 days of offsite storage, a 2D floor plan, detailed 3D renderings, an itemized quote including labor for receipt, inspection, delivery, and installation, and final AutoCAD dwg files. Key deliverables include power poles with dedicated receptacles for plug-and-play units, all storage with locking mechanisms keyed alike, systems panels installed to maximum structural rigidity, flooring repair as needed, and removal of existing carpet entered into a reclamation program. The Design Program Manager is Stephanie Nishanov at 937-723-0965. Specific furniture typicals include one private office (PO.1), six workstations (WS.1 through WS.6) with height-adjustable desks and systems panels, two lateral files with common tops (L.1), two conference tables (T.1 and T.2), and carpet flooring (FL.1) specified through the Air Force Carpet II Program using Interface Streaming collection in Dark Aqua with 4" or 4.5" rubber cove base in Charcoal. The period of performance is 120 days from contract award, with an aggressive schedule requiring demo and installation within three weeks. The contractor must comply with base entry procedures through Gate 26A, provide current vehicle registration and proof of insurance, obtain visitor passes through Area A Building 1, and ensure all personnel present valid REAL ID driver's licenses. Design services must include initial complete design with up to three revisions, Basic Component Floor Plan sheets, Panel and Hardware Layout sheets, and Furniture Power Distribution sheets, all at 1/4"=1'-0" scale. All designs must be accomplished by qualified professional designers with three years' experience using AutoCAD or similar software. The contractor is responsible for coordinating with the 88 CS Telecommunications group for compliance with pre-testing, installation cabling requirements, port labeling, post-testing, and quality inspection, with no abandoned-in-place cables permitted. Telecommunications testing results must be provided to the CE Interior Designer and 88 CS three days prior to quality inspection.
