About this file

This document outlines the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Terms and Conditions for Vehicle Maintenance services for the 823rd Red Horse Squadron's Ford Vehicles. The agreement covers a five-year period from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2030, with a total Master Dollar purchase limitation of $350,000 and an individual call limit of $25,000. The contractor will be responsible for providing all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) and an approved price list.

Key administrative requirements include submitting itemized delivery tickets with specific details such as supplier name, BPA number, purchase date, and itemized list of services. Invoices must be submitted at least monthly for accounts not yet paid. The Government is only obligated to the extent of calls actually placed against the BPA by authorized personnel, and the agreement is considered complete when total purchases reach the Master Dollar Limit or the contract period expires.
