Supply and installation of new piping, manifolds, valves, strainers, thermometers (scale range: 0‐90 C, Class 1), pressure gauges (scale range: 0‐6 bar, Class 1), expansion tanks as per drawings. Piping shall be treated with anti‐rust. All equipment shall be PN16

Supply and install of new flexible, closed‐cell insulation material with built‐in Microban® antimicrobial protection to protect the piping (AF/Armaflex Class 0) and of aluminum finishing lump sum

Supply and installation of a new air‐cooled reversible heat pump, with 2 scroll compressors and have a heating/cooling capacity of 68 kW. The new unit shall be equipped with built‐in pumps and buffer tank.

Refrigerant gas shall be R454B.

6 Supply and installation of a new 100 liters expansion tank on the return pipe. lump sum

Supply and installation of an automatic make‐up water filling unit with pressure gauge and hydraulic disconnector (BA type) to be connected to the return piping of the systems lump sum

8 Supply a new TRACER SC+ and an UC600 control panel lump sum

Create new graphic pages and configure the new reversible heat pump on the BAS as per table below. All the IT work needed to configure the reversible heat pump on the existing BAS (graphic pages, equipment operation rules, etc.) shall be performed by a TRANE authorized technician lump sum

10 Remove existing electrical cables and EMT lump sum

Supply and installation of a new cable FG16OM16 0,6/1 kV, Cca‐s1,d1,a1, 5G16 from the P3/D distribution panel located at the third floor to the new Chiller DP to be installed on the roof.

12 Supply and installation of a new EMT for the new cable lump sum

Supply and installation on the roof of a new wall mounted IP 65, with terminals and solid door, electrical distribution panel. Supply and install the new electrical cables as described below. The new panel shall be composed of:

oDisconnector: 4 poles 63 A oMagneto thermic and GFCI serving the Heat Pump: 4 poles, type C, In: 63A, Ith:63A, Idn: 0.50 (AC type), Im: 630A, Icu/Icn: 10kA – electrical cable: FG16OM16 0,6/1 kV, , Cca‐s1,d1,a1, 5G16 lump sum

Test and balance of the system. Start‐up of the unit must be performed by Manufacturer’s authorized technicians lump sum

15 Final cleaning of the premises. lump sum
