About this file
This document contains additional contract terms and conditions for a hazardous waste removal solicitation in Alaska (SP450025R0007). The terms outline an indefinite-quantity contract with minimum orders of $1,500 and maximum order limitations of $200,000 for single items and $500,000 for combined items. Orders exceeding these limits must be honored unless the contractor notifies the ordering office within 10 days of their intent not to fulfill them.
The contract includes a 30-month base period from April 2025 to September 2027, with one 30-month option period, for a total maximum duration of 60 months. The government may extend services for up to 6 months beyond the contract end date. The file includes extensive FAR, DFARS, and DLAD clauses covering areas such as cybersecurity requirements, contractor personnel security, small business subcontracting, and restrictions on foreign purchases. Special provisions prohibit business operations with the Maduro regime, procurement from the Xinjiang region, Russian fossil fuel operations, and foreign-made unmanned aircraft systems. Site visits can be arranged through the primary contact Bryce Brooks (907-250-4854) or alternate contact Kylee Turley (907-231-3197).
