About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) template for a Contractor's Progress, Status and Management Report, along with details of a related federal contract opportunity solicitation.
The CDRL template provides requirements for regular reporting by a contractor on progress, status, and management. It will require reports tailored to specific task orders, with submission frequency, recipients, and due dates defined in each task order. Reporting must include cumulative small business subcontracting data by dollars and percentages for small, small disadvantaged, and local businesses. The solicitation seeks environmental consulting services for compliance program support, maintenance of an Environmental Management System, and performance of environmental audits for DLA Distribution in San Joaquin, California. Services are needed to ensure workforce health and safety. The performance work statement and attachments provide full details on requirements.
