About this file
This is an attachment listing transported items for a medical supplies and equipment courier service contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 12. The contract, solicitation number 36C25226Q0235, covers a base year from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, with four optional years available.
The attachment specifies the types of equipment and items that will be transported under this courier service, which include standard-grade medical and facility equipment such as exam tables on wheels (up to 300 lbs maximum weight), hospital beds on wheels, patient weight scales, medical carts, wheelchairs, walkers, canes, refrigerators, printers, and televisions. The document explicitly excludes items with hard drives or VA-sensitive information and clarifies that only standard-grade equipment will be required for transport, with no custom equipment such as custom wheelchairs. The document indicates internal discussion regarding potential clarifications on maximum weight limits for transported items and the exclusion of custom equipment from contractor obligations.
