About this file
This is a System Requirements document for the Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) outlining specifications for a comprehensive imaging management solution. The procurement requires a vendor to provide a digital imaging system capable of handling multiple imaging modalities including Digital Radiography, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and Dental imaging (panoramic radiography and intra-oral). All modalities must be included as built-in solutions rather than third-party additions. The system must support data migration from approximately 12 existing FUJI DR Workstation PCs, accommodate HL7 connections, and include a zero-footprint referring physician portal with unlimited users accessible via browser or smart device. The solution must be compatible with current equipment including Amrad Medical radiographic systems (Serial Number GR-14655), Dentsply Sirona Intra Oral Heliodent Plus machines, and Dentsply Sirona Pano Orthopos S 2D pano machines.
The system must store all data within the continental United States and provide secure data storage capabilities. Required imaging tools for technologists include flip/rotate functions, electronic shuttering, auto trimming, full-screen magnification and zoom, free text annotation with standard and customized markers, image information modification, and reject/repeat analysis tracking reports. The vendor must coordinate all maintenance and software updates with ODOC and the current imaging machine servicing provider. Additional requirements include the ability to import non-DICOM images in JPEG and PNG formats. No specific pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, response deadlines, or funding sources are detailed in this requirements document.
