About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the open, inspection, and repair of QUANTAR Radio Receiver units (Part Number T5367A) under Coast Guard contract 2126406B4200RR003. The Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center requires repair services to restore four units to "Ready for Issue" condition for field deployment in support of U.S. Government and Coast Guard missions.
The contractor must complete the work at their own facility within 45 days of award: 15 days for opening, inspecting, and providing diagnostic reports, followed by 30 days for repairs or return of beyond economical repair (BER) units. Within the initial 15-day period, the contractor must submit an Open and Inspect Report for each unit and provide a firm-fixed price quote for repairable items. No repair work may commence until the government executes a new contract or modification. Repairable units must be restored to Original Equipment Manufacturer standards, cleaned, painted, bench-tested, individually packaged with quality inspection reports, and shipped FOB Destination to the Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, Maryland within 15 business days of receiving the repair authorization. Units deemed BER must be returned with appropriate condition code markings and documentation. All units require specific barcode markings—Condition Code "A" for repaired units and Condition Code "H" for BER units. The contract points of contact include Contracting Officer Brianna Riffle, Equipment Specialist Stephen Flanagan, and Inventory Manager Carlton P. Parks.
