About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for bulk liquid propane gas (LPG) delivery for the DLA Distribution San Joaquin, CA Tracy Site. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation to deliver LPG for two primary purposes: powering government-owned material handling equipment (forklifts) and providing heating fuel for specific buildings.
Specific delivery locations include Warehouses/Buildings 6, 13, 18, 21, and 56 for MHE propane, and Buildings 22 and 258 for heating fuel. The delivery schedule mandates weekly tank top-offs, and the contract will only compensate for the actual amount of LPG delivered. A site map will be provided at the time of contract award. The document is specifically for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution facility in Tracy, California, and outlines the operational requirements for propane gas procurement and delivery.
