The project requires a comprehensive "one for one" replacement of the existing inoperable fire alarm system with a new addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP), utilizing existing conduit and wiring. The contractor must provide complete design services, including site verification, material selection, and programming, while ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes and safety requirements.
