About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a federal contract opportunity to provide and install security equipment to meet open storage security requirements for Building 206, Section C at Dover AFB. The key objectives are to convert the facility into an approved/certified open storage area to be used for classified aircrew training and materials, which includes installing various security systems and equipment such as intrusion detection, access control, and electronic device detection. The contractor is required to conduct a site survey, provide a detailed quote, and integrate the security system with the base's security forces. The SOW outlines the specific areas that need to be secured, the required security equipment and installation, as well as general requirements for materials, waste disposal, records management, and contractor access to the installation. This SOW is associated with a federal contract opportunity, Solicitation Number FA449724Q0054, to upgrade the Dover AFB Command Post Entry Control Systems.

This will require all of facility 206, section C, to meet the Wing Open Storage Certification requirements, excluding the common hallway and Maintenance Logistics, rooms C122, C124, and C127. Areas to be secured encompasses enclosing two simulator high bays, two computer rooms, one hydraulic room, one
Visual Threat and Recognition Training (VTRAT) room, two stairwells and located on the second level, one Learning Center, four aircrew briefing rooms, and four student classrooms.
This Statement of Work (SOW) is intended to describe work required. This SOW shall serve as a basis for contracting work, as listed below.
1.0 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall conduct an on-sight survey to determine all tools, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to convert facility 206, section C into an approved/certified Open Storage area to be used for classified aircrew training and materials.
