The contractor will be responsible for removing existing obstacles, temporarily dismantling fencing if required, and rearranging obstacles back to their original locations post-installation. Quality assurance measures include an initial evaluation to verify the turf is free of defects, and the contractor must provide warranty coverage for manufacturer and installation issues. The project timeline is not to exceed 120 days from award, and final acceptance will be contingent upon meeting all installation requirements outlined in the SOO.
