The USDA-ARS in Fargo, ND is looking for bids on a seed analyzer with the following specifications:

Specifications:

• counting accuracy at least 99%

• resolution 100 μm/pixel

• measuring time <3 seconds per sample

• large seed tray for a high number of seeds

• group mode for higher numbers of samples

• below light measuring

• high resolution digital camera with USB 3.1 interface

• powder coated steel cover

• tilt function of seed counting bed for fast emptying

• Includes software with the following capabilities o Measures total number of seeds in sample thousand grain weight (TGW) – (utilizing excluded scale) grain dimension (length, width, area) determination of dark or bright seeds (for flat seeds) o Determination of size fractions (length, width, area) hectoliter weight (approximately) single seed data o Plausibility check formular editor to calculate limit parameter formular editor to create new calculated parameter o Preconfigured connecting and controlling of electronic scales printer barcode-reader o Data export for all measuring data *.csv, *.txt, *.xls formats

• power supply 100-240V (50-60Hz) with external power unit
