About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the security camera system installation for dormitory buildings at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas. The project involves installing Avigilon camera systems across six primary dormitory buildings (Buildings 777, 781, 782/783, 784/786, and 794/795), with each building or building pair receiving a standardized, independent camera installation. Specific equipment includes multi-sensor cameras, outdoor IR dome cameras, network video recorders (NVR), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and associated hardware with features like video analytics and audio capabilities.
The contractor must complete the entire installation within 30 calendar days, with an additional 10 business days allowed for resolving any punch list items and final inspection. Installation will occur during standard duty hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM), and the contractor is responsible for personnel identification, maintaining professional appearance, ensuring safety compliance, and protecting property during the installation. The project requires coordination with 99 CES (Civil Engineer Squadron) throughout the process, including a walkthrough to identify potential deficiencies and a final inspection before project completion.
