About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for solar panel equipment procurement. The Defense Logistics Agency requires solar panel equipment to maintain six deployment trailers housed at three locations: New Cumberland, PA; Warner Robbins, GA; and Tracy, CA, with two trailers at each location.

The procurement requires six 100W solar panels with specific technical specifications including monocrystalline construction, non-corrosive aluminum or anodized alloy materials, bypass diodes, impact resistance to hail and high winds, speed capability up to 85 mph, low profile design, and rail system mounting capability with included hardware. Additionally, six Z-mounting bracket kits for vehicle rooftop mounting with waterproof terminations and six solar battery charge controllers capable of supporting 10A current with IP65 rating are required. Each location will receive two solar panels, two mounting kits, and two charge controllers. The SOW identifies Thomas C. Dawe as the technical point of contact and Audrey Brock as the acquisitions COR, with specific shipping addresses and contact information provided for each delivery location.
