About this file
This document is a Scope of Project attachment for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Montana State University (MSU), seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive design, fabrication, and installation services for vehicle, wall, and window wraps, visual aesthetics, and signage. The university is looking for a vendor to create innovative designs across various campus applications, including but not limited to vehicles, equipment, stairs, elevators, and mesh fences, with the intent of establishing a non-exclusive contract that will likely handle the majority of campus wrap and signage needs. The contractor must comply with MSU's branding guidelines, submit designs to University Communications for approval, and demonstrate capabilities in design, production, installation, and quality control.
The RFP emphasizes several key requirements, including mandatory quality control processes, detailed design service capabilities, specific installation guidelines, and warranty provisions. The university prioritizes sustainability, seeking a vendor that can provide environmentally conscious solutions and materials. The contractor must maintain responsive customer support, with a primary and secondary point of contact who can communicate within two business days and meet university project needs. Invoicing will be processed through SmartBuyMSU's online platform, with specific requirements for purchase order referencing and invoice submission. While no specific contract term or funding amount is explicitly stated, the document suggests a collaborative, long-term partnership focused on meeting MSU's visual communication and branding needs.
