About this file

This is a Schedule of Items pricing template for a road maintenance and improvement project in the Methow Valley Ranger District of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest in Washington State. Contractors must provide unit costs and total prices for all line items across the base package and optional items to be considered for task order award.

The base package encompasses 28 pay items totaling approximately $__________ and includes mobilization, selective clearing and brushing, culvert removal, roadway and drainage excavation, riprap placement, aggregate surface course work, roadway reconditioning, installation of various galvanized corrugated steel pipe culverts (ranging from 18 to 48 inches), drop inlets, outlet pipes, culvert cleaning, drainage structure reconditioning, signage, and temporary traffic control. Estimated quantities for base items range from 2 miles of brushing to 9,071 linear feet of drainage ditch excavation. Five option items are available with variable quantities up to designated limits, including additional aggregate surface course work (20 cubic yards government-furnished or commercial source), one additional drainage dip, 10 cubic yards of roadway excavation and embankment, and 10 cubic yards of placed riprap. Per the notes, all line items must be priced for consideration, payment is made on actual work performed, bond premiums should be included under mobilization, and option quantities are awarded pending necessity and funding availability as determined by the Contracting Officer. This is a small business set-aside acquisition under NAICS 237310 with a $45M size standard threshold.
